We're looking for an experienced chef to join James Martin's kitchen team. You'll help lead menu development, manage kitchen operations, and bring creative energy to every service. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to cook at a high level in a restaurant that values innovation.

Line Cook
Full-Time · Kitchen

Strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and a genuine love for food. You'll work all stations, learn techniques from across culinary traditions, and contribute to one of the most creative menus in Eastern Connecticut.

Front of House Manager
Full-Time · Front of House

Own the guest experience from the moment they walk in. You'll manage reservations, lead the service team, and ensure every evening runs smoothly. We're looking for someone with hospitality instincts and leadership experience.

Server / Bartender
